The same batch string stays queryable indefinitely so a vial shelved for months can still be checked.

For longer-term storage (months and beyond), -20 °C in a frost-free freezer is acceptable as long as the vial stays sealed and is allowed to equilibrate to room temperature before opening so condensation does not deposit on the lyophilized cake. Avoid repeatedly freeze-thawing a single vial — aliquot any working solution into sterile vials instead.

No. Items in the research catalog (peptides, reference standards, and any item labelled "For Research Use Only") are sold for laboratory research and analytical use only and are not approved by the FDA or any other regulatory body for human consumption, treatment, or diagnosis. The wellness assortment — vitamins, supplements, hydration, sleep support — is sold for the labeled consumer use. The line between the two categories is enforced by labelling, the checkout flow, and the Certificate of Analysis that ships with every research vial.

No. Checkout on the catalog is guest-first; an account is only created if you opt in during the purchase flow, and you can sign in to /login at any point to claim an order after the fact. Account holders see their order history, can reorder a prior batch in one click, and can update shipping addresses without re-entering them at checkout. Signing up is never required to verify a COA, browse the catalog, or contact the lab.

Where can I see my past orders and reorder a batch?

Signed-in users see their order list at /dashboard/orders, with one-click reorder against the same batch when the lot is still in stock and a clearly-marked "different batch, identical spec" notice when a later lot has shipped. Order history is retained per account indefinitely, and every entry shows the batch number that was actually shipped so you can verify it against the original COA. Guest-checkout customers receive their order record by email and can recover it by signing in with the address used at checkout.

How do I report a damaged, lost, or incorrect order?
